These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the A Ma Journey online store, including all information, content, products, features, and services made available through the store.

In these Terms, “A Ma Journey,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to, trading as A Ma Journey. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, visitor, or person using the store.

By visiting the store, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, payment method, account, shipping address, or order.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product or inventory unavailability.
• Pricing, description, or technical errors.
• Payment authorization failure.
• Suspected fraud, resale, misuse, or policy abuse.
• Incomplete or unverifiable customer information.
• Shipping restrictions or carrier limitations.

If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or presented by the store. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees may be calculated and shown at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.

Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers may be subject to separate eligibility conditions, expiration dates, and product exclusions.

6. Shipping

Shipping estimates, processing information, tracking, address requirements, and delivery limitations are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Most eligible orders are estimated to arrive within 7–15 business days from order confirmation, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged items, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for activities performed through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been accessed without authorization.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the store or another user’s data.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, automated scripts, or harmful content.

• Interfere with security, checkout, payment, inventory, or technical systems.
• Submit false reviews, misleading information, or fraudulent claims.

10. Intellectual Property

Store content, including text, graphics, photographs, product presentation, logos, icons, layouts, videos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to A Ma Journey and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission.

11. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

You grant A Ma Journey a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and share submitted content for store, customer service, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, irrelevant, or inconsistent with these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The store may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, shipping carriers, review platforms, analytics providers, and social networks.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. A Ma Journey is not responsible for third-party content, availability, practices, or services except where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Store Availability

We do not guarantee that the store will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. Maintenance, technical faults, network issues, or third-party services may temporarily affect access.

14. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee or statutory warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Ma Journey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the store or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify A Ma Journey and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers against claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the store, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the store where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, fraud has occurred, or continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

19. Governing Law
