These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the A MA ROAM website, online store, content, products, and related services. By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your location to make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the website and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity.
2. Store Platform
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services. Your use of certain payment, account, or checkout features may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, materials, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Measurements may vary slightly, and natural materials may show normal differences in tone or texture.
Product information may be corrected or updated without notice. Nothing on the website should be treated as medical, professional, or safety advice beyond the instructions supplied with a product.
4. Prices, Promotions, and Taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other permitted charges are shown before payment. Orders are normally delivered within 7–15 business days after order confirmation. This estimate includes order preparation and carrier transit time. 8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery and remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant A MA ROAM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content in connection with the store and its marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, deceptive, irrelevant, infringing, or spam content. We do not require a customer to give up the right to provide an honest review.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website to:

- Transmit malware, scrape data unlawfully, interfere with security, or disrupt website operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, natural disaster, labor interruption, government action, customs delay, internet outage, or payment-network failure. This section does not remove any cancellation or refund right required by law.
